British values? Pupils should be questioning the rule of law

Michael Goodwin  the headteacher of Sibford School, an independent Quaker school in Oxfordshire, argues his case in this Guardian article about the Department for Education expectation that schools “actively promote the fundamental British values of democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty and mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs”.  You can access the article here.
