Welcome to Winchmore Hill Quakers, and our website.

We have met in this beautiful meeting place for more than 300 years. Yet what we have to say is very up to date. We seek to be a friendly and open spiritual community, which welcomes everyone. You are very welcome to join us for worship every Sunday at 10.30 am, or for the other events  we run here.  We welcome children and their families.   Our gardens are open to all to use as a place of tranquillity and reflection.

Our historic Friends Meeting House and grounds are an asset to the community.  We’re an inspiring and practical venue for many groups and events.  We welcome enquiries about suitable lettings.

New clerking system

From January 2016 Winchmore Hill Quaker Meeting has an experimental clerking system. The clerking is now undertaken by a rota of Friends with a central email & mobile phone contact.

The details are on the Contact us page.  Lettings and buildings enquiries should go to the Lettings Coordinator.

We are facing some real challenges to keep the buildings and grounds safe, welcoming and sustainable.   Please read about our Fundraising Appeal.
